Chiaki Ito

Chiaki Ito is a graduate of NC School of the Arts (high school), UNC-CH (BA), Univ. of Guam (M. Ed.) and Univ. of SC (JD).  She has music directed or been involved with over 70 shows in the past 11 years. Favorites include Hedwig, Bat Boy, Tommy and The Last 5 Years and most recently, Spring Awakening and The Rocky Horror Show (for which she just recently was named Best Music Director by the Independent in Raleigh, NC). Chiaki practices law in New Hanover County. She enjoys training for triathlons and spending time with her dog, Elvis.
